Call Us Absolutely for Free!

Warning

A three-month pilot operation of an available service with all business and household contacts has been terminated. As of February 2009, the service Call for Free is still active with those business contacts that have paid for this service. For website users, calling via this service is still for free.

What Is the Service “Call for Free”?

The Yellow Pages now enables you to call the selected contacts at www.zlatestranky.cz or www.inform.zlatestranky.cz absolutely for free for as long as you wish.

How it works?

We call your number and the number you want to be put through to, and then we connect both calls as one. As the calls for both you and the called party are incoming they are FREE (in the Czech Republic). The costs of both calls are paid for by the Yellow Pages.

How to Make a Call?

Find the required contact, either a business or a private one, at www.zlatestranky.cz or www.inform.zlatestranky.cz (this does not apply to numbers with a pre-selection or a special rate). Then simply click on the green “Call for Free” link next to the selected phone number. A window will open, in which we will clearly and transparently inform you of how to proceed when making your free call. We offer you two manners of calling. Select the one that suits your requirements best at that moment:

1. a free call via a telephone (either a mobile or a fixed line)
   Simply enter the phone number of the telephone you want to use for the free call, and we will take care of the rest.
2. a free call via a computer
   If you prefer communication via a computer, switch on your microphone, put the headphones on, click and call for free. (We recommend this option when outside the Czech Republic.)

What Do I Need to Make Free Calls?

1. The contact database of the Yellow Pages at www.zlatestranky.cz (or at www.inform.zlatestranky.cz respectively).
2. When making a free call via a telephone, you need any mobile or fixed telephone. Virtually any telephone that allows calls to be received in the Czech Republic.
3. When you choose to make a free call via a computer, make sure you have a working microphone and speakers. If these devices are not connected or not working, it is impossible to make the call. (It is possible you will be asked to confirm the receipt of an ActiveX element of the web site; confirm installation of this element.)

Will It Cost Me Anything?

The Yellow Pages Call for Free service is absolutely free. No fee will be charged to you. The Call for Free service only has a limited number of calls for a certain period of time, namely a maximum of 7 calls made in 15 minutes or 15 calls from one number in 24 hours. The conduct of a user, whose contact is included in the catalogue and who repeatedly attempts to make calls via this service to random numbers (i.e. enters these numbers as a number calling his contact) is inconsistent with these rules. Thereby we protect you, our users, from misuse of this service by a third party detrimental to you. Accordingly, we reserve the right to block the service to the user, who would attempt to misuse it.
